Dual head vertical spooler is applied to aluminium wire. The spooler has two stations,
one for take up and the other for unloading, loading and strapping etc. A rotating
platform make spool changeover quick and easy. This machine provides traverse is
used by ACME thread. PLC computer controls take-up machine. Main drives options are available in AC frequency drives. Provide safety functions have bobbin brake, pneumatic
disk brake, rotating platform safety lock etc. In addition this machine provides wire coil hanger, quick closing wire straightener, electrical hoist stand and pay-off stand.
